Morpheus Consulting Inc. is based outside Philadelphia and works with clients nationwide — engagements in California, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, and beyond, won on reputation and results rather than advertising.
That is a deliberate model. Large agencies scale by adding account managers between you and the people doing the work. Morpheus scales by choosing its projects. Every engagement is led — and executed — by a consultant with 26+ years of hands-on SEO experience, supported by modern tooling instead of headcount.
Founder, CEO & Principal Consultant
Bernie Grohsman
Bernie brings 26+ years of hands-on SEO experience to the work. He has seen search engines and the ways people use them change substantially, and keeps adapting his approach as they do.
His specialty is behavioral healthcare. He has worked with addiction treatment and behavioral health organizations ranging from single facilities to national multi-location operators. He connects SEO and paid search to qualified inquiries and, where the data supports it, admissions.
He completed an MIT Professional Education program in AI and machine learning in October 2025. His current development work includes Next.js, React, and Git-based preview deployments, alongside custom AI and automation projects.
