Morpheus Consulting Inc. is based outside Philadelphia and works with clients nationwide — engagements in California, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, and beyond, won on reputation and results rather than advertising.
That is a deliberate model. Large agencies scale by adding account managers between you and the people doing the work. Morpheus scales by choosing its projects. Every engagement is led — and executed — by a consultant with 26 years in the discipline, supported by modern tooling instead of headcount.

Bernie Grohsman
Bernie has practiced SEO and paid search management for 26 years — long enough to have optimized for search engines that no longer exist, and current enough to build on the same modern stack the largest technology companies use today.
His specialty is behavioral healthcare. Over two decades he has built a reputation as a go-to SEO and PPC consultant for addiction treatment and behavioral health organizations — from single facilities to national multi-location operators — where the searches are high-stakes, the advertising policies are unforgiving, and the difference between a well-run and a poorly-run account is measured in admissions, not clicks.
He holds a No-Code AI certification from MIT Continuing Education (Great Learning), and runs every build on a modern engineering workflow: Next.js and React, Git-based preview deployments, and AI-accelerated development — which is how a boutique practice ships work at the pace and polish of a much larger shop.
