Free PageSpeed Audit
What would it take for your website to score 100 on Google PageSpeed?
Send us your website address. We’ll test it in Google PageSpeed Insights on mobile and desktop, explain what is holding back each score, and send you an itemized proposal with a fixed price to bring Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO to 100. The audit is free, and you’re under no obligation to hire us.

The site we built for Child and Family Support Services scores 100 on Google PageSpeed.
We launched the new website for Child and Family Support Services, an outpatient mental health practice in Reading and Pottsville, Pennsylvania, on October 16, 2026. That evening, Google PageSpeed Insights scored its homepage 100 for Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO, on mobile and on desktop.

You can run the test on cfss-pa.com yourself, or on this page, which we hold to the same standard.
What We Check
What your free audit covers.
PageSpeed Insights runs Google’s Lighthouse tests and grades your page in four categories. The report tells you what failed, but not what caused it on your particular site or how much it would take to fix. That’s what our audit adds, category by category:
- Mobile and desktop results. Google tests the mobile version on a simulated mid-range phone over a slow connection, which is where most sites lose points.
- Performance and Core Web Vitals: what delays your main content from appearing, what makes the page jump while it loads, and which scripts keep it from responding to taps and clicks.
- Accessibility: problems such as low-contrast text, form fields without labels, and images without descriptions, which make the site harder to use for people with screen readers or limited vision.
- Best Practices: security and browser issues, including console errors, outdated code, and images served at the wrong size or shape.
- SEO: the technical checks Google runs on every page, such as titles, meta descriptions, crawlable links, and indexing settings.
- Real-visitor data, when Google has collected enough of it for your site. That field data is what Google's ranking systems use, so we report it separately from the lab scores.
What You Receive
An itemized plan with one fixed price.
Along with the audit, you’ll get a list of every fix your site needs, in the order we would make them, and a single fixed price for doing all of it. For most small-business websites, we expect that price to be about $2,500. Larger sites, online stores, and sites with heavy third-party code are quoted on their scope, and you’ll know the number before any work begins.
The proposal is yours to keep either way. If you have a developer, they can work from it directly.
Why It Matters
What PageSpeed scores have to do with search rankings.
Google states that Core Web Vitals are used by its ranking systems. Those measurements come from real Chrome visitors and cover how quickly your main content loads, how quickly the page responds when someone taps or clicks, and whether the layout jumps around as it loads.
The four PageSpeed scores are lab tests, so Google doesn’t rank your site on them directly. They diagnose the same problems that real visitors run into, though, which makes them the most practical way to find and fix those problems before they cost you rankings or customers. A faster, more usable site also helps the visitors you already get from ads, referrals, and social media.

FAQ
Questions about the free audit.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. The audit and the proposal cost nothing, and you decide whether to hire us. We offer it because it shows you exactly what we would fix, and how we explain our work, before you spend anything.
Which page do you test?
The address you send us, which for most businesses is the homepage. If another page matters more, such as a booking or service page, mention it in your notes and we'll include it in the proposal.
Do you need access to my website?
No. PageSpeed Insights tests your public pages, so the audit needs only your address. We would ask for access only if you hire us to make the fixes.
Will my mobile Performance score stay at exactly 100?
Not necessarily on every test. Google simulates a slower phone each time it runs, so mobile Performance can move a few points from one run to the next, even on a well-built site. The fixes we propose aim for 100, and Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO scores hold steady once the underlying problems are fixed.
What if my website platform can't reach 100?
Some hosted website builders control code that you can't change. If that limits your site, the audit will say so and explain how close your platform can get, instead of promising a score we can't deliver.
