Morpheus Marketing Intelligence

App privacy notice.

How the app accesses, uses, stores and shares connected account data.

Morpheus Marketing Intelligence, formerly Morpheus PPC Intelligence, is operated by Morpheus Consulting, Inc. This notice covers the locally operated app and its use with AI assistants. Our website contact form has a separate privacy notice.

Information accessed through Google

After an authorized user grants access, the configured Google connections can retrieve:

  • Google Ads: account identifiers and settings, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, ads and assets, destination URLs, performance metrics, conversion-action information and attributed conversion results. Imported offline results are visible only to the extent they are available in Google Ads reporting.
  • Search Console: property identifiers and access levels, search-performance reports, sitemap information and Google’s indexed URL inspection results.
  • Google Analytics 4: account and property identifiers, property settings, data-stream details, key-event definitions, custom dimensions and metrics, Google Ads links, and aggregate historical or realtime reports.

Accounts and properties are explicitly associated with a client before client reporting. Discovery of accessible properties does not itself assign them to a client. The app excludes Google Ads lead-form submissions from its reporting tools. Search terms, URLs, custom fields and other account text can still contain sensitive information; these reports should not be treated as anonymous data.

Google authorization tokens let the app make authorized requests without receiving your Google password. Tokens and other provider credentials are stored separately from exported reports and are not returned by the app’s AI tools.

Other connected information

Configured CallTrackingMetrics and CallRail connections can read call activity and qualification indicators for a selected account or company. The app retains selected reporting fields, such as call time, duration, source, keyword, rating and lead status, and returns aggregate summaries to its AI tools. Provider responses may include caller details or recording fields; those fields are discarded locally. This integration does not store caller names, phone numbers, transcripts or audio, and it does not retrieve patient records or connect directly to a CRM.

Sanity access is limited to configured content types in a selected project and dataset. The app can read content, titles, metadata, document IDs and revisions, including drafts, and save local change proposals. SEMrush support imports existing CSV reports and stores reporting provenance, cached results and unit-budget records; the current app has no live SEMrush adapter.

For image work, the app can retain approved source and crop metadata, local image files and asset records. Images selected for Google Ads validation or upload are transmitted to Google. Validation can transmit image bytes even when no Google asset is created.

What the app uses this information for

The app uses this information to investigate advertising, search and website performance; review content and measurement; prepare recommendations; and carry out supported, authorized actions. Saved evidence and action records help explain what was examined or changed. Key events, call ratings and CRM-attributed conversion stages can overlap and are not automatically treated as unique leads or admissions.

Google Ads permission supports reporting and management. Selected Ads edits and image uploads use a separate operator approval and execution workflow; the AI connector can prepare and validate them. Search Console permission also supports explicitly requested sitemap submission. GA4 and Sanity operations are read-only, with Sanity change proposals stored locally.

Morpheus Marketing Intelligence’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google API data is used for the reporting, analysis and supported actions described here.

AI assistants and sharing

When Morpheus uses the app with a compatible AI assistant through its local MCP connection, information returned for the user’s request becomes part of that assistant’s conversation. OpenAI processes information used in Codex; Anthropic processes information used in Claude. Another compatible assistant uses its selected provider. Shared information can include reporting figures, account and property identifiers, keywords, search terms, URLs, ad text, call-tracking summaries, content and findings needed for the requested work.

The selected AI provider processes conversation data under its terms and the settings of the account used. Retention and data-use controls vary by provider and plan. Contact Morpheus to discuss the AI service used for your account.

Connected providers receive the authorization and API requests needed for the selected operation. Morpheus can also share reports and recommendations with the client or its authorized representatives as part of the engagement.

Storage and protection

The app can store report snapshots, exports, selected call-reporting fields, image catalogs and files, content proposals, and action records on the operator’s computer. New records in its managed storage use restricted file permissions. The app does not itself encrypt saved report files; protection also depends on device access controls, device encryption and backup practices.

Authorization credentials are kept separately from reports. Copies placed in AI conversations, client deliverables or backups are separate records and need their own access and retention controls.

Retention and deletion

The app does not automatically expire saved reports, content proposals, image catalogs or action records. Retention and deletion are managed by the operator according to the engagement’s requirements. Contact Morpheus to ask which records are held and to request deletion of records under our control. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained.

Removing Google access does not delete existing exports or AI conversations. Records held in an AI provider’s service are subject to that service’s deletion controls and retention terms. Deleting a local report does not delete those copies.

Your access controls

You can remove the app from your Google Account connections to revoke future Google access. It may appear under its former name, Morpheus PPC Intelligence. Other provider access can be revoked through that provider’s account or API-key controls. You can also ask Morpheus to stop using a connection and remove locally stored credentials. Completed Google Ads changes, uploaded assets and sitemap submissions are not undone by revoking access.
